After checkout, you'll be sent directly to our Calendly to choose a time. Sessions run 60 minutes over video. You get a calendar invite and a prep doc the same day.
What if I need to reschedule?

No problem — use the Calendly link in your confirmation email to move your session up to 24 hours beforehand.
What do I need to prepare?
